Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 3pm of the day of your booking. We may be able to check you in sooner if the room is free the night before but we can’t guarantee it. You are welcome to arrive at the hotel before 3pm and drop your bags whilst your room is made ready.

If you would like to check-in straight from the night ferry at 5am remember that you will need to book the night before as well.

It helps us if you can let us know your approximate time of arrival and when you would like to check-in.

Check-out is at 11am. We might be able to give an extension but again we can’t guarantee it I’m afraid - we often have to get the room ready for new arrivals. We can, however, look after your bags whilst you wait for your ferry or plane.

Deposits

• Bookings require a 30% deposit to secure the booking.

• Deposits are made by bank transfer or over the phone using POS machine.

• The balance must be paid at check-out.

• In the event of cancellation the deposit is refundable as long as 30 days notice is given.

• Depending upon availability the booking can be rescheduled as long as 30 days notice is given.

Breakages and damages

You are liable for any damage you cause to the hotel property. We reserve the right to add the cost of repairs or replacements to your bill.

Extra beds

Extra fold-up beds are available if pre-booked at a surcharge of 5 euros per night. Cots are available free of charge subject to availability - please let us know if you need a cot when you book.

Pets

We welcome pets but please check with us in advance to see if your furry friend can stay.
